Place an Order

Placing an order can be a quick and easy process at, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse the catalog of products. Products are organized into categories in the drop-down menu at the top, or you may view all available products.

  2. Click on the image of a product your are interested in, and you will be taken to that product's page.

  3. On the product page you will see a large product image, the name of the product, the price, a section to type in the name of the "treatment recipient", the time frame of the treatment or subscription and an Add to Cart button. Below that are multiple sections including a description, additional reading, testimonials, a description of the Money Back Guarantee, and any product reviews.

  4. After reviewing the details of the product, enter the name of the person (or animal) who will be receiving the treatment benefits. If the treatment is for you, enter your own name. Click Add to Cart to begin checkout.
    NOTE: in order for treatment to direct to the correct recipient, we must limit one product per checkout, so only one product may be added to the cart. You are welcome to complete checkout for as many products as you wish, just as separate transactions.
  5. A pop-up will show your product in your cart. You may click View my Cart to review the product in your cart,  or Checkout to complete your order.

  6. During checkout, you will need to enter your email and billing contact information. Order confirmation emails will be sent to this email address, contact info will be used to securely checkout. You can also opt to use Shop Pay or Google Pay if you prefer those methods of payment. If you have a referral/discount code you may enter it on this page to see the updated total (on mobile you will find this area under "Show order summary" section). If you are a returning customer and have an account on you may click Log In to expedite your checkout.

    Clicking Continue to Payment will take you to the final page of checkout, where you will enter credit card info (if you haven't already). All information is securely processed my our industry-leading partner Shopify. If your product is subscription-based, you will be asked to confirm that you understand the subscription will renew (subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time via your Account, or the link the confirmation email you will receive after order placement). Click Pay Now to complete your order. 

  7. On the order confirmation page your digital QMed™ card will generate and be ready to download within a few moments. You will also receive confirmation emails from which you can download your digital QMed™ card at any time.
